If you plan to arrive after your contract start date, please inform us in advance at info@anttikorppistudenthouse.fi. This ensures that the key collection instructions are sent to you at the appropriate time.
Once you have signed your rental agreement, you will receive an invoice from laskutus@brang.fi for your security deposit of €595. You will also receive an invoice to cover your first month of rent. These two arrive in separate emails, so keep an eye on your inbox!
The due date for the security deposit is immediate, as the payment confirms and reserves your apartment. However, even if interest for late payment appears on the invoice, we do not charge any late fees for security deposit payments.

Please make sure to check at least 2–3 business days before your arrival that you have received the key collection instructions. We also recommend checking your spam folder. Your keys will be available in a safety box, which you can access 24/7. This means you can arrive at Antti Korppi Student House whenever it suits you.
We use an app called One4All to keep you up to date on important matters in the community. You can also use the app to book common spaces. You will receive instructions on how to create an account at the start of your tenancy.
Internet access is included in your rent, but you will need to purchase a cable and/or modem to get started. If you prefer a wired connection, just plug in an Ethernet cable and you’re good to go. For WiFi, you will need to buy an Ethernet modem, which can be from any brand. You can Google suitable options in different price ranges. If you want to confirm the compatibility of your modem, please contact Cuitunet customer service Mon–Fri (8:00–17:00) asiakaspalvelu@cuitunet.fi or by phone +358 20 7780731. When you connect the modem, the WIFI connection will be established using your modem’s details.
When you move in, we kindly ask you to fill in the apartment inspection form within five (5) days of the start of the tenancy. This is your opportunity to report if there’s something wrong with your room. If the report is not returned after 5 days, it will be considered that there are no objections to the condition of the apartment.
If you notice something that does not seem right in your room (e.g., broken furniture or dead light bulb), please send a maintenance request via the link below.
In urgent cases (e.g., water damage, such as a leaking tap, toilet, pipe, or roof), please call +358 104 397 990, available 24 hours a day.
Check that all furniture and household items are available in your apartment. If anything is missing, please report it to info@anttikorppistudenthouse.fi
