Can I have friends over?

Of course! However, please take into consideration the quiet hours (the rules of order can be found in the One4All app that will be activated when moving in) and your roommates.

How much does the room cost?

The cost of a shared apartment with its own private bedroom is €595 / month. In addition, you need to pay a security deposit of €595 in order to confirm your stay.

How many students share one apartment?

There are eight lockable private bedrooms on each floor, so the maximum number of people sharing an apartment on the same floor is eight. However, you share bathroom and kitchen with only one person.
