Here, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions about living with us. Whether you’re curious about amenities, policies, or the local area, you’ll find all the information you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Facilities and Services

Yes! We have two saunas, one for women and one for men. The women’s sauna can be found on the ground floor in staircase A and the men’s sauna in the basement of staircase C.

You don’t need to book a sauna shift in advance. Sauna shifts are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 pm to 9 pm. The door lock opens when the sauna is turned on, otherwise, the sauna doors are locked.

Sauna shifts can also be found on the sauna doors and in the One4All app under Documents -> Instructions for Residents -> Sauna.

Getting your internet set up is easy! Internet access is free, but you’ll need to purchase a cable and/or modem to get started. Only one of the ethernet outlets works, so make sure to test both to see which one provides the connection for your modem or computer.

If you prefer a wired connection, just plug in the cable, and you’re good to go. For Wi-Fi, you’ll need to buy an Ethernet modem, which can be from any brand. You can search online for different options that suit your budget.

If you’re unsure about compatibility, feel free to contact DNA at +358 44 144 044 for assistance. Once your modem is connected, the Wi-Fi will be available using your modem’s details. For more info, check out the One4All app!

When you move in, the One4All app will be activated for you to book laundry services. In the app, you can find instructions for washing machines and other housing guidelines. The laundry room is located on the street level of the staircase A.

Cleaners visit once a month with a master key to clean the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. Additionally, the shared living room of the shared apartments is cleaned once a week. Cleaning is carried out only on free surfaces.

In shared apartments, please ensure that personal items are cleared from shared spaces to allow for effective cleaning.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas at the waste collection point near staircases A and D. Smoking inside apartments and on balconies is strictly prohibited. Repeated smoking outside the designated areas will lead to immediate termination of your lease agreement, but we hope it never comes to that!

Yes! The gym is located in the basement of staircase C, and it’s free of charge for our residents. We recommend using it between 8:00 and 22:00 to be considerate of your neighbors— the sound of weights can travel easily through the building’s structures!

Antti Korppi Student House provides all the essential facilities for comfortable student living, but it’s important to remember that we’re not a luxury hotel. Our building is older, which adds to its charm, but it also means there might be some quirks. What we offer is a safe, welcoming environment where you can connect with other students and feel at home. Our focus is on community and simplicity, ensuring you have what you need for a great exchange experience.

Club room is in ground floor of staircase A.

Reservations for the building’s common areas are made through the booking calendars in the One4all Mobile app. Access to the common areas is managed via Abloy code readers. You can book one 1-3h shift per week on weekdays (Mon-Thu), and one 1-3h shift on weekends (Fri-Sun). You can cancel a reservation 3 hours before the start of the booking.

Please note that you can only enter the area during your booking time (not before or after your reservation) using your personal PIN code, which you can find in the One4all Mobile resident app from the “Home” page.

If you have trouble accessing the area, please ensure the following:

1. Your reservation has been saved.

2.You are entering the area during the reservation period.

3.You are using the correct PIN code.

Note! Enter your PIN code into the code reader, followed by the # symbol, for example, 12345#.

The bins are located in shelters next to Staircase A and Staircase D. You can open the shelter’s door with your room key.

To help prevent pest infestations, do not leave garbage bags on floors, in common areas, or on balconies. You can find guidelines here and in One4All under Documents > Instructions for Residents > Recycling and instructions.
