When moving in

  • Pay the security deposit following the invoice and its due date. To make the payment, you can use the Wise service: https://wise.com. In case you have any questions regarding the invoices, please reach out to BRANG customer service via email at laskutus@brang.fi or on the phone at +358447831030 between Mon-Fri, 9.00-16.30 o’clock. Please note that the keys will be handed over once the contract has started and the deposit has been paid to the landlord’s account. In urgent cases, you can provide a photo or other proof of the paid deposit as well to info@anttikorppistudenthouse.fi.
  • Once the deposit has been paid to the landlord’s account, you will receive instructions on how to collect your keys.
  • Antti Korppi Student House uses the One4All app to keep you up to date on important matters within the premises. You can also use the app to reserve laundry shifts. You will receive instructions on how to create an account at the start of your tenancy.
  • The electricity contract is included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about signing an electricity contract.
  • You can find instructions on the One4All app to connect to the internet. You will need a WIFI modem to connect to the internet.
  • When you move in, fill in the apartment inspection form within five (5) days of the start of the tenancy. If the report is not returned during move-in, it will be considered that there are no objections to the condition of the apartment.

When moving out

  • Terminate your lease in writing. The period of notice is one full calendar month and is calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which the notice is received (for example, if you give notice on 5 May, your tenancy will expire on 30 June). Contracts always end on the last day of the month.
  • Keys must be returned by 9.00 a.m. on the last day of the month. 
  • The keys must be returned marked (on the key ring with the number of the room and the apartment or in an envelope with the address of the apartment). 
  • Update your account number to the Housing Manager by email. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant at the end of the lease agreement, once rent and other fees have been paid, keys have been returned, the apartment has been cleaned according to the cleaning instructions, and the apartment has been handed over in agreed condition and inspected. Do not leave any extra furniture at the apartment. If there are any broken items or furniture in the apartment during your stay, please report them immediately. We will retain the amount of the deposit if the tenant has not followed the previous instructions.
  • Leave used sheets on the bed in your room and personal utensils on the shelf (2 Plates, 2 Side Plates, 2 Bowls, 2 Deep Plates, 2 Glasses, 2 Mugs, 2 Knives, 2 Forks, 2 Spoons, 2 Small Spoons).
  • Before you move out, fill in the apartment inspection form, and hand over the apartment cleaned in accordance with the cleaning instructions:
