Antti Korppi Student House is student housing operated by a rental housing company. It is not a hostel, but rather regular apartments with some extra services designed to support student life.
As this is a regular rental property, tenants are primarily responsible for the upkeep of their apartment and for checking the provided information regarding housing practices. Our role is to support you with additional services and to ensure the property is well maintained, but the everyday care of the apartment remains the tenant’s responsibility.
Depending on availability – for example, if we have free apartments or last-minute cancellations – we may also offer rentals for shorter stays, with a minimum rental period of one month. Unlike a hostel, we do not provide 24/7 reception or additional services beyond what is described on our website, but we aim to provide students with comfortable, independent housing during their studies.

The cheapest grocery stores are Lidl and Prisma, followed by S-market and Alepa. The most expensive and comprehensive stores are K-markets. Alepa is conveniently located right across from Antti Korppi Student House.

The Koskela area is a peaceful, nature-friendly location. Just across the street, you’ll find a local grocery store, Alepa, and nearby are the Arabian and Oulunkylä shopping centers. Excellent hiking trails along Vanhankaupunginlahti and Vantaanjoki rivers and Pikkukoski beach are within walking distance from your doorstep. The neighboring area of Käpylä has beautiful old wooden houses, restaurants, and cafés.
