Yes, the security deposit (€595) serves as the final reservation for the apartment and needs to be paid right after receiving the invoice. The security deposit is refunded after your contract has ended and if the conditions in the contract have been met.

All the invoices are sent to your email address. Just look for emails coming from a sender called Brang. We recommend using a service called Wise for all international payments.

Always pay the invoice by the due date and make sure you fill in the reference number for the payment so that we can connect the payment to your account. The due date for rent is always the 2nd day of the month.
