Here, we have compiled answers to some of the most common questions about living with us. Whether you are curious about amenities, policies or the local area, you will find all the information you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Yes, the security deposit (€595) serves as the final reservation for the apartment and needs to be paid right after receiving the invoice. The security deposit is refunded after your contract has ended and if the conditions in the contract have been met.
To make an international bank transfer to BRANG Oy, please use the following bank details:

Please ensure that you include your reference or invoice number in the payment message to help us identify your payment. Note that international transfers may take several business days to process depending on your bank.
You will receive a message titled “Confirmation of Security Deposit Receipt” once we have received your deposit. Please note that we do not send separate payment confirmation emails for rent invoices.
Keep an eye out for emails from Brang Oy. For international payments, we recommend using Wise, Revolut or N26, as we unfortunately can’t accept cash or debit card payments.
All rent invoices will be emailed to you each month—typically on the 15th. Please note that your first rent invoice may arrive on a different date. You will see all the necessary details, including the due date and reference number, on the invoice.
The due date for rent is always the 2nd of the month. Remember to include the reference number when making the payment so we can link the payment to your account. Interest will only begin accumulating 14 days after the invoice is sent, so a few days’ delay in payment is not a problem
If you receive a reminder invoice from Brang Oy, simply pay the updated amount with the new reminder fee. Otherwise, pay according to the original invoice.
Please note that we do not send a separate confirmation email once your rent payment is received.
For payment plans or questions, contact Brang Oy directly—their contact details can be found on your invoice.
You will receive the invoice for the security deposit to your email address after you have signed the contract from a sender called Brang Oy. The invoice can be paid with a bank transfer as we, unfortunately, can’t accept cash or debit card payments. We recommend using a service like Wise, Revolut, or N26 for all international payments.
Make sure you fill in the reference number for the payment so that we can connect the payment to your account. In addition, note that your bank may charge a transfer fee.
Your tenancy will only be confirmed once the security deposit has been paid. If the deposit is not received within seven days of the invoice being sent and you haven’t contacted us about the payment, we reserve the right to offer the apartment to the next applicant.
We understand that international bank transfers can take time. If you think your payment might be delayed beyond the seven-day window, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please note: even if interest for late payment appears on the invoice, we do not charge any late fees for security deposit payments.
