Rooms and applying

Unfortunately, our rooms are currently not accessible for individuals with mobility challenges, such as those requiring wheelchair access, due to high doorsteps and other structural limitations.

The offer is valid for 2 days from the date of sending, and the signing period cannot be extended. However, we understand students have changing life circumstances so just drop us an email at info@anttikorppistudenthouse.fi if you would like to receive a new offer. There is no need to send a new application unless we specifically request it. Please note that a new offer may come for a different apartment, or in the busiest seasons (August-December) we may not have apartments available anymore.

Of course! However, please take into consideration the quiet hours (the rules of order can be found in the One4All app that will be activated when moving in) and be mindful of your roommates’ space and schedule. If your friends are staying overnight, just make sure everyone is comfortable with the arrangement, and remember that longer stays do need special permission. We don’t always have extra mattresses to lend out, so it’s a good idea to check with your neighbors if they have an air mattress you can borrow. You can also find affordable air mattresses if needed!

Yes, if you are on time and we have free rooms! We are happy to rent the same apartment to groups of students. Please write on the application form who you would like to share the apartment with.

Yes, we do our best to pair you with someone of the same sex when sharing a bathroom and kitchen. However, we rely on the information provided by applicants, and while we make every effort to accommodate same-sex arrangements, we cannot guarantee this in every case. If needed, and if space allows, we are happy to make changes to room assignments later. Additionally, the common spaces are shared by all residents.

You can apply for a room by sending an application here. Please note that we only accept applications that come through the application form. Applications sent by email are not considered.

There are eight lockable private bedrooms on each floor, so the maximum number of people sharing an apartment on the same floor is eight. You can take a look at the floor plan of the apartment below.
