Merkitse lomakkeen jokaiseen kohtaan onko huoneiston osat ja varusteet kunnossa. Mikäli ne ovat kunnossa, valitse “Kunnossa” ja mikäli ne ovat rikki tai korjauksen tarpeessa, valitse “Epäkunnossa”. Jos huomaat vikoja, vahinkoja tai epäkohtia, kirjoita niistä tarkentavia tietoja ”Lisätiedot”-kenttään.
Kukin kohta pitää sisällään myös valitun laitteen tai kalusteen eri osat. Esimerkiksi mikäli huomaat, että liesituulettimen valo ei toimi, merkkaa se lomakkeelle kohtaan ”Liesituuletin”.
In each box on the form, indicate whether the parts and fittings of the apartment are in good condition. If they are in good condition, tick ”In order” and if they are broken or in need of repair, tick ”Out of order”. If you notice any defects, damage or anomalies, please enter details in the ”Additional information” field.
Each item also includes the different parts of the selected equipment or furniture. For example, if you notice that the light on the cooker hood is not working, please indicate this on the form under ”Cooker hood”.
